L’histoire se déroule dans l’académie Mihama, un établissement complètement coupé de l’extérieur. On y suit le quotidien de 5 jeunes filles, ainsi que de Yûji Kazami, seul garçon à avoir rejoint cette école.
Il se rend compte que cette école n’est pas aussi normale qu’il le souhaitait car au fur et à mesure que le temps passe, ses camarades et lui ont en effet tous plusieurs points communs.
