Jeune orphelin aux origines mystérieuses, Jin vit dans les bas-fonds aux côtés de celui qu’il considère comme son grand-père. Il possède depuis toujours une marque étrange en forme de cercle sur le dos de sa main gauche, ainsi qu’une force exceptionnelle. Mais un tueur en série qui ne semble pas humain sévit en ville et va assassiner le vieil homme.
Akemi, une jeune femme, va recueillir l’enfant, et fortement s’attacher à lui. Lors d’une promenade, Jin et Akemi sont attaqués par le tueur. De peur de perdre la jeune femme, Jin réveille les pouvoirs qui sommeillaient en lui. Muni d’une force hors norme, il va vaincre le monstre avec aisance.
De son côté, Amagi Corporation porte un intérêt particulier à Jin. De plus, Kôga, l’héritier de l’organisation, a pour rêve de devenir un justicier.
Treize ans plus tard, Jin a apprivoisé ses pouvoirs et va retrouver Kôga, son ami d’enfance.
