Tada Banri est un nouvel étudiant qui arrive dans une université privée de droit de Tokyo. Mais tout de suite, il se perd et rencontre Yanagisawa Mitsuo un nouvel élève tout aussi perdu que lui. Apparaît alors devant eux une ravissante femme tenant un bouquet de roses entre ses main. Elle tend ce dernier à Mitsuo en le félicitant pour son entrée à la faculté, avant de partir. Tada est complètement sous le charme de cette mystérieuse jolie femme, mais il découvre qu’elle est en fait une amie d’enfance de Mitsuo : Kaga Kouko. En effet, étant plus jeunes, Mitsuo et Kaga s’étaient promis de se marier plus tard afin de concrétiser leurs rêves. Mitsuo, ne la supportant pas à cause de son attitude autoritaire, cherche alors à lui échapper mais cette dernière est plus que déterminée à lui courir après ! Que se passera-t-il ?
